Exceptional food prepared by chef Luca. Never disappoints
Food is good but the portions are small & somewhat expensive. Was there with a group & we all liked our food but it wasn’t outstanding. Just okay. Ambiance is lovely but service is slow.
Took my mom here for her birthday. She loved the relaxing environment! Food and service was great.
The luncheon buffet is absolutely wonderful! My guest from Chicago and I tasted all the salads and they were superb. The salmon was perfectly cooked and the charcuterie were a tasty addition to the salads and blended perfectly. The chicken was juicy but the roast beef was practically raw--so raw that I couldn't cut it with a steak knife.
My panna cotta with berries was absolutely scrumptious. Culina never disappoints.

Beautiful outdoor terrasse to dine in Beverly Hills.
This italian restaurant has great food which come at a cost.
We had a very nice Buratta to start and some octopus salad (exquisite), followed by some boar pasta (one of my favorite dishes and well executed) and a risotto of asparagus (delicious).
Overall a very nice evening in a luxurious hotel (Four Seasons)

All I can say is do yourself a favor & book for Sunday Brunch, it’s amazing! Over 5 rooms of food, sushi bar, salad bar, breakfast bar, green smoothies, juice bar, fresh seafood bar, pot sticker station, roast meats, hot veggies, cheese bar, pastries, desserts, kids station, fresh fruit bar , bread puddings, the list is endless, everything you could ever want & more

Celebrated my birthday at Culina last week and had a wonderful dining experience. The beef tenderloin carpaccio and wild boar pappardelle were exceptional. Our service was excellent and they even brought us complimentary champagne and chocolate cake which was a very nice gesture. We will definitely be back next time we are in LA!

We had an amazing dinner experience at culina on the 28th. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive as well as genuine. Our food was amazing and chef Luca is clearly passionate about his food. It was a wonderful display of the quality and service the four seasons is known for.

We had an amazing server called Michael, he was very personable, made all of us feel special and expressed great knowledge of the menu.
The managers were kind and attentive, checking on the tables to see how the experience was.

Great place, great service... great food.
After abandoning Culina for over a year ago due to the prior menu change, as well as service issues, we decided to give it a try once again. We were pleasantly surprised to see the menu had changed for the better! In addition, our server (Renee) was awesome and very attentive - she advised they had a new chef and we definitely could tell the difference. The food was so fresh and delicious, the drinks were great as always and the service was great. We highly recommend once again! :)
We had a late lunch and decided to order from the dineLA menu. My friend ordered the tuna tartar and the striped bass. I had the grilled calamari and the striped bass. Our food was excellent. When we ordered coffee the restaurant served us complimentary biscotti which was a nice touch. A glass of Pinot Grigio was a nice compliment to my lunch. Our waiter, Jorge, was a total professional and provided outstanding service.
The buffet lunch was wonderful!! A wide selection of meat and fish plus six delicious salads plus desserts--it doesn't get any better than this. My guest was the president of a Chicago university and she was very impressed and asked that when she returns to Los Angeles she wants to go to Culina again. Lovely!

We thought the lunch buffet selections were very unimaginative and uninteresting. A disappointment for such a lovely, upscale hotel.
Boy was this disappointing. We’ve been coming to the Four Seasons for meals for at least two decades and we’ve been to Culina at least a dozen times since it opened.
The space is pretty and the service is friendly and nice, but boy oh boy was the food unbelievably disappointing on Saturday night (7/13/2019). Tasteless broccolini, unbelievably weak tasteless burrata and prosciutto (a $28 appetizer), cafeteria crude Jidori chicken Marsala (for $39), and spigola (a pleasant fish) ($48) with watery spinach and what was billed as white asparagus but looked and tasted like it came out of a tin can.
For $200 for two people (with no alcohol, just a reasonable $30 corkage fee for our own wine) I would rather have 20 meals at In and Out or any decent pizzeria.
Food was great, service, excellent, ambience lovely, and most importantly the level of sound was low

Honestly, I was beyond impressed with the staff! They were so professional, so smiling and super accommodating as I wanted to change the table and couldn’t decide on two delicious dishes and they offered to serve two smaller dishes of them so i could taste them both! I find it really hard to find professional staff at most of the restaurants, and their beautiful attitude just made our experience wonderful! Oh and yes food was just AMAZING! I cant wait to eat there again and it will be SOON! Thank you Culina!
