A fantastic new addition to the Brighton area. Good service, still in early days of getting a team dynamic but overall very attentive. Wonderful to see an establishment with stronly curated wine list. Menu is intetesting but nothing earth shattering here - but reflects teh smarts of a soft opening. Beautifully appointed but the lighting off the back of the bar could be turned down few lumens - i found my eyes becoming sore from the glare through the night. For that special occasion this intimate venue provide a 5 star experience with simple decor, beautiful vista & delicious food. I recommend the oysters and trout to indulge. The attentive yet unobtrusive service complements the chef who accommodated our dietary requests.

Excellent Service, authentic Italian, definitely recommend.

We spent a couple of hours at TC on Anzac Day, it was cosy afternoon, always a good vibe. Downside is the fact that it is almost impossible to find a glass of recognisable local plonk, most on the board are European. While it is good to be introduced to the wider wine world, different grape varieties it would be nice if some good Australian drops at reasonable price made the board more often.
