As locals we enjoyed the Summer Special course menu and are looking forward to going back very soon. Very good service and ambiance as well.

From the moment we walked into The Capital Grille, we were treated to a top-tier dining experience. The ambiance was elegant yet comfortable, perfect for a special night out. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations throughout the evening. The food was exceptional—each dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The dry-aged steak was cooked to perfection, and the lobster mac and cheese was rich and indulgent. We also appreciated the extensive wine list and the sommelier’s helpful pairing suggestions. This wasn’t just a meal—it was a memorable experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for elevated dining with impeccable service. We’ll definitely be returning!

QUICK REVIEW: Solid 4.5 stars. After 15+ years, Flemings is still a Go-To Steakhouse in Vegas. Great service, excellent food. Recommend. A slight glitch this time out, but YES, we will go back. LONGER REVIEW: Over the years, we have been to Flemings around the country 30+ times and the Town Square location 6+. Both for business and social occasions. Never disappoints. SERVICE: Seated promptly in a booth (by request) at reservation time. Erin - our main server - was outstanding. She was there when you needed her and had a great attitude to boot. Nice job! WINE and COCKTAILS: We were celebrating a birthday in the group and started with smoked Old Fashioneds and Cab and Reisling by the glass. Wines by the glass were good choices, many above 90 points - we checked. The wine and whiskey list were excellent for an upscale Steakhouse. FOOD: Wedge Salads to share, Bone in Ribeye, Petite Filet. Sea Bass and Salmon. Salmon was overcooked, very dry. But the steaks were outstanding. Fleming's potatoes and Brussel sprouts on the side. Sides were perfectly cooked - very, very tasty. Lava cake for dessert to share! Nicely done. OVERALL: Can't go wrong overall. Salmon was the only glitch, everything else was top rate. Recommend. Get reservations, on the weekends it gets busy. Yes, we will be back.

We both enjoyed everything we had. We sat inside and I think the ambiance inside is lovely. My husbands steak was cooked perfectly.
