The Noodle Palace started with Pho Restaurants in San Francisco and San Jose, which opened in the 90’s, bringing us authentic Vietnamese Noodle soup that we called “Pho”. When The Noodle Palace Carmel opened, in 2015, the Carmel residents and Tourists from around the world called it the best or one of the best Pho they ever had. Every dish is made to order using only the freshest, finest ingredients. Besides we also serve many delicious Asian dishes including House Combo Fried Rice, Crispy Egg-noodles, House Yellow Curry, Grilled Pork Rice Plates, Vietnamese Coffee, SpringRolls, EggRolls, and Banh Mi Sandwiches.
