Au restaurant Wing Lei, la chef Yu Ming, une étoile montante, allie magistralement les saveurs de la Chine avec la technique occidentale pour créer une cuisine singulièrement délicieuse. C'est le seul restaurant chinois aux États-Unis à avoir obtenu une étoile Michelin. Le charme commence à opérer dès que vous entrez dans cet espace exotique, aux accents de verre miroitant, de pierres du tigre, de nacre de perle et d'accents d'or. Le décor, avec ses lignes courbes et riches, est destiné à évoquer l'idée du Shanghai des années 30. Chaque centimètre de ce restaurant a été méticuleusement planifié et conçu avec amour. Que ce soit du côté des fourrures, des tapisseries opulentes sur les chaises ou encore des subtiles notes dorées sur les baguettes noires décorant les tables. De grandes baies vitrées donnent sur un jardin charmant avec ses deux vieux arbres à grenades. Malgré toute sa grandeur, le menu chinois demeure concentré sur son mélange luxueux de cuisine cantonaise, de Shanghai et de Sichuan.

We started out with breakfast and brunch, but soon grew to add lunch and dinner to our menu. Everything on our menu is 100% vegan but you wouldn't know it if we didn't tell you. We've always believed that anything can be made both vegan and delicious. You don't have to be vegan to eat here and love it - everyone is welcome!
