Best Vegan Restaurants in The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

Very interesting menu, all plant based. Had the impossible cigars, caesar salad and the malfadine cacio e pepe. All excellent! Service was great, server was not only friendly but very knowlegable of the menu. Even the food runners went out of their way to make sure you were having a great meal.

Excellent food . We are celiac and our food was safe , no side effects. We have 3 kids and they ate most of their food . Server seemed in a rush even though the place was not busy . Overall would come back .

Spring outside was great! Quiet and time heaters kept out plenty warm.

We were seated on the left side of the kitchen, with isolated tables for guests. There was no atmosphere, and the service was average. Don't mind paying a premium to eat at the Hotel restaurants but I expected a much better experience. However, the food was nice.
