Our owner, chef, and restaurateur Steve Yoon took over Sushi Rock in Arlington, VA with the drive to bring the incredible flavor and quality of fish he had in Asia to the community. Seven years later, Sushi Hachi was born. With more than 17 years of experience creating artisan sushi rolls with incredible flavor, it is our pleasure to bring the best to you.
