Renovated in January 2024, Jörg Scherle & head chef Holger Haag offer modern Japanese-German creative cuisine. The restaurant achieves top ratings in all renowned restaurant guides and has been ranked in Stuttgart's top 10 for over twenty years (currently 5th place). Current awards: a MICHELIN STAR, Gusto: 7.5 pans, Gault Millau: 3 toques (climber), Schlemmer-Atlas: 3.5 cooking spoons (climber), the big hotel and restaurant guide 4.5 toques (climber of the year 2025).
