A 14 seat, neighborhood Omakase from the team that brought you Noko Nashville. This is a 14 course, 90min nigiri & hand roll dining experience for $75. We highly recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to enjoy a drink at our Japanese cocktail bar as we start promptly at your reservation time. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the cuisine, we will not be able to accommodate fish allergies or vegetarians.

    From the moment we walked into Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse in Nashville, we knew we were in for something special. The atmosphere is sophisticated, with a perfect blend of classic elegance and a bit of Nashville charm. The décor, the chandeliers, the live music—it all sets the stage for an exceptional evening. The service was flawless. Every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. Our server, Donovan, took the time to answer questions about the menu, made thoughtful recommendations, and ensured that every detail of our experience was perfect. Now, the food—absolutely phenomenal. The steaks were nothing short of world-class: tender, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. The sides, especially the lobster mac and cheese and asparagus, were decadent and delicious. We ended the night with their carrot cake and cheesecake, which was the perfect sweet finale to an extraordinary meal. Jeff Ruby’s is more than just a steakhouse—it’s an experience. Whether you’re celebrating something special or just want an unforgettable night out, this place delivers on every front. We’ll absolutely be back.

    We had an amazing experience at this location and plan on exploring the other Sushi by Bou locations when we travel. The cocktails were great. Johnny, Troy, and Tim did a great job with the presentation. We did the 12 course this time but will do the 17 course next time! 10/10 will come back and bring friends
