He talked us through what the meal was as he was preparing it, and interacted with the group with great humour and personality. I was there to celebrate my partner and I’s anniversary, and the chef made it extra special by interacting with us throughout. Seating time was upwards of 2 hours, however the chef made it so enjoyable for every second of that. My only minor gripe would be the music choice - sitting in the large, beautiful area that was previously a bank, with stunning Japanese cuisine being prepared in front of us - hearing 2000’s RnB in the background makes for a bit of a jarring atmosphere.
