Always a pleasure to have dinner at this steakhouse before the start of the game. The only thing that I would suggest is renaming the “Steak Fritz” appetizer. There are no French fries only a smashed baked potatoes. The service is always friendly and the food fresh.

We eat here often for special occasions, birthdays, our anniversary, and yesterday we took my mom for Mother’s Day. We love the food, it never disappoints, steak is always cooked as ordered. The cheesecake is my favorite. However, considering how expensive it is, our waiter could be a little friendlier/more attentive. We have had him several times and it may just be his personality but we are treated better by the waitress at our local diner.

Our experience once again was phenomenal. Jameel personally came over to our table to say hello to our children. We were celebrating my 5 year old's birthday and when we asked her where she wanted to go? She said she wants to see her boyfriend Jameel at Fogo De Chao. I kid you not and this is not made up and we wish we had it on video because it probably would've went viral. Once we are inside, my son was looking for his girlfriend Leslie and she soon came by, where my son turned beet reed, who welcomed us again with open arms and that warmth from the employees is what keeps us going back again an again. Everybody was very attentive, personable and on point and I forgot our waitresses name but she was a delight to deal with as well. Kudos to both of you on jobs well done, Jameel and Leslie. Corporate folk who are reading this, take it from a customer service trainer, on the job for 16 years, these 2 are definitely ready for upper management. Adam and Allison.

From the start everything went well. Parking was easy, fast and cheap.($8valet). The restaurant was nicely decorated, very welcoming ambience. We were promptly seated and our server Cici was right there to greet us. Service was great, the food was great. We ordered the shrimp cocktail (jumbo sized shrimp). We had the 21 day aged ribeye and the 28 day aged porterhouse. Both were excellent. Soft and juicy. The Green garlic fried rice was excellent and so were the Forage mushrooms. Unfortunately it was raining terribly and we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor area. We will definitely be returning soon.
