My recent visit to Chop was nothing short of exceptional, and I felt compelled to share just how wonderful the experience was. From the moment we walked in, we were met with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for the evening. The service was absolutely outstanding. Our server, Lisa, went above and beyond to make the night special for us. She was attentive, kind, and genuinely cared about our experience. It was my wife’s birthday, and Lisa, along with the entire team, made it unforgettable. At the end of our meal, they surprised us with a delicious dessert on the house and a thoughtful birthday card signed by all the staff. That personal touch meant the world to us and left a lasting impression. As for the food—simply incredible. Every dish we ordered was perfectly prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. You can tell the chefs take great pride in their craft, and it shines through in every bite. Overall, Chop delivered an experience that was far more than just a meal—it was a celebration, elevated by sincere hospitality and culinary excellence. Huge thanks to Lisa and the entire team for making our night so special. We’ll definitely be back—and recommending Chop to everyone we know.

Nous sommes allés célébrer en famille les 80 ans de ma mère à l’Arôme et avons tous passés une belle soirée. La qualité du service et de la nourriture étaient impeccables et la sélection de vins impressionnante et à bon prix. Les lundis et mardis Découverte offrent d’excellents vins, dont quelques vieux millésimes jusqu’à 50% de rabais. En résumé, une soirée parfaite !
