However, I did have mixed feelings about the spinach artichoke dip; I had high hopes for it, but the texture was more reminiscent of a chowder soup than a traditional dip, which wasn’t quite to my taste. One minor drawback was the wait before being seated. We were directed to order drinks at the bar while waiting, which resulted in two separate checks—one for the bar and another for dinner. While not a major inconvenience, it did slightly impact the flow of the experience. Overall, Pomona Valley Mining Co is a lovely spot for a date night or special occasion, with a great atmosphere and enjoyable food and drinks.

    Celebrated my daughter 16th birthday arrived last minute because our original plans got canceled ease of use on open table. Service was great food was delicious ambience perfect met with the owner who is very friendly and hospitable. Will definitely make another trip in the near future. We recommend this restaurant and location.
