Make sure you have a reservation before you go. If the weather is nice, I suggest you give them a call to check if you can sit outside. The food was fresh and tasty, the service was quick and our waiter was very kind. We wanted to try the Zunge fish, and he suggested us that he can ask the kitchen to prepare half portion. We had also calamari and schrimps, which were all great. The view is amazing with a very fancy ambient.

Chairs not comfortable and not stable. I felt like falling and my guests as well.

Despite our limited German, we felt very welcomed and very comfortable. In fact, we were able to interact with the staff completely in German, which is what we desired, and they were very patient and helpful. From start to finish, the service and the food were excellent. Hamburg restaurants know how to cook fish, and Liman stands in the forefront.
