Cats on the Bay is a French-American restaurant in Brooklyn, New York, that serves inventive cuisine in a fun, lively and entertaining atmosphere. Owned and operated by chef Alex Yunayev, Chateau de Alik offers international cuisine made from fresh, local ingredients. The restaurant is inspired by a French chateau, having soft lighting chandeliers hanging from the roof and hand-painted walls. The ambiance is intimate and inviting, with dining area and lodge like lounge on two separate floors. The premises is wheelchair accessible and kid-friendly, as well. The menu at Chateau De Alik comprises of a diverse range of items, and is has many sections, including hot and cold appetizers, salads, meat entr�es, desserts and others. Some of the customer favorites are Chilean sea bass, beef tartar and filet mignon. The lounge area has a full bar offering a variety of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Chateau de Alik offers valet parking, takes reservations and has free Wi-Fi. The restaurant is now closed.

    Unfortunately we couldn't attend because they had private party but one of the hostess called us to let us know not to come and that was amazing because we would of waisted a lot of time going there only to find out we can't come in. Kudo's to amazing staff.

    Took my friend out for lunch since we had a great experience last year at Duet Bakery Cafe. The food is really amazing, really great quality and very sophisticated. Even on a lunch menu there were a lot of things to choose from. To top: we were the only ones in the whole place, so that was kind of special. Would definitely recommend the place food wise! We weren't too impressed with the service, which was kind of tentative, maybe the lunch visitors are not that common there. Another thing we noticed is that the "Service Charge" of 18% was added to our bill automatically.
