Our wild terraced garden in summer is one of the best you'll find in Sussex and in the colder months we have roaring log fires to keep you warm and cosy.Our menu is 95% gluten free and is adaptable to any food allergens or intolerances.The Folland family warmly welcome you to our establishment.

    Great food, as ever, in a fantastic setting in Ashdown Forest. Brilliant service and a great choice of food for those gluten-free diners. If you don't want to drive, the 291 bus literally stops outside the pub! Highly recommended.

    I honestly cannot fault The Pig and Pickle. We went for Sunday lunch and the food was absolutely delicious and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Would recommend 100%
