Last man standing makes going to the football a complete experience. You can stop in have a feed and a brew before the game. Then when the football is over duck back in to the brew house to have a top up before heading home. We have done this three or four times this year and looking forward to the next. The pub always has an upbeat vibe, with great meals and live music. The beer is cold and the service always has a smile. Love it

Our annual trip to the trotts with our visitors from NZ was once again and outstanding evening. We were pleasantly surprised to see the venue had been tastefully updated and once again the outstanding service from the bistro and bar staff made it all the better for a fun, exciting but relaxing and no hassal atmosphere. Well done and thank you Home Straight, we look forward to a return visit.

A great city pub doing a great rump steak at a great price. And the slaw is fantastic! The staff are always friendly & even when it’s busy, the food & service are still great. My go-to pub when I’m in the city.
