We booked for a party of 12 people inside and we were accommodated nicely sitting on low level chairs and tables. Food was quick to arrive and all meals were enjoyable. Thank you

It was an exceptionally busy night , but even so , the staff were lovely and attentive and the food wasn’t in a bit delayed. Always feels like a big treat to the belly when visiting!

We absolutely love Gilson. Fun atmosphere and the most delicious Italian food. Great value for money and can't wait to come back. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. A special shout out to Fay who goes above and beyond to make your dining experience memorable.
