Starting back in 1976, Cemenos has had the appearance of a small, storefront pizza parlor located on Jefferson Street in Joliet. Inside, though, Cemenos has grown to be so much more and even features a bar these days thatÕs so big it features 25 HD plasma screen televisions. The recipes used at Cemenos still come from the days when Grandma Tressie would make meatballs from scratch. It features some great appetizers like bruschetta, ranch fries, nachos and Venetian bread.
