La pizza es un asunto de familia para mí. Mi tío Angelo llegó a América en la década de 1930 con una pasión por la pizza. Trabajó duro y, finalmente, compró su propia pizzería en Brooklyn. Fue allí donde el tío Angelo inventó una receta de pizza hecha al horno de carbón. Esa receta se ha perfeccionado a lo largo de 60 años y se ha transmitido de generación en generación. Mis hermanos y primos en Nueva York conocen la receta. Los comensales del Patsy's, Nick's y Angelo's han disfrutado de sus pizzas, pastas y ensaladas durante años.
