We sent all but the salads back. We had to notify the server to bring out the subsequent courses. We thought, "What untrained help!" This time, however, after taking our order the server asked, "Do you want me to bring our everything all at once or do you want just the salads and appetizers?" What? This was perhaps the best tasting salmon dish we have ever eaten. We ate at the bar and and the server was very friendly.
