Best Persian Restaurants in Tysons Corner / McLean

A perfect experience for our anniversary. It’s a great space, bustling but not loud. Our waiter was terrific: friendly and confident in his knowledge of the menu. The food was delicious in very large portions. We loved the shrimp appetizer, sea bass was excellent, as were the lamb shanks. $185 for dinner for two, including two cocktails. And very nice that they provided two glasses of complimentary champagne because it was our anniversary. We will definitely come back.

Elevated cuisine and absolutely stellar service. I really wanted my drink with blue cheese olives, and they literally stuffed the olives for my cocktail right there and then… it was the best dirty martini of my life! The staff was accommodating and kind when my little one needed to move inside to escape the gorgeous sunset’s attendant mosquitos on the patio… they have an excellent bread service, and consistently outstanding quality of both ingredients and preparation… get the pistachio encrusted grouper if you can! This will be top of our list next trip, and the fact that all ages in our party agree speaks volumes. Love!

The food and service was spectacular! We celebrated several family members’ birthdays and the staff made a special presentation of the desserts. Highly recommend it.

We decided to try something different and Darvish fit the bill. Staff was helpful with the menu and choosing something different. Everything from the appetizer to the dessert was excellent. The only real complaint was how they handled the alcohol. I ordered a basic vodka tonic with a twist. A nice refreshing drink for a hot summer day. The drink was fine but on the bill they charged me $18 for the vodka, $5 for the tonic and $3 for the wedge of lemon (ye they substituted lemon for lithe lime). Pricey yes but not unexpected for the DC area but just have a single price, why the breakdown and the markup on the lemon is a bit much. We will be back but will likely skip the alcohol and the associated up charges. If you are going to go skip the alcohol or stick with the wine.

Went during lunch on Sunday, and will definitely be back! Food was delicious, customer service was attentive and ambience was lovely. Highly recommend!
