Ristorante Il Castello is an authentic Italian restaurant in the Charlottenburg area. The menu was created in such a way that guests have the option to choose from both classic Italian dishes and more modern adaptations. Favorite dishes include duck breast carpaccio with balsamic essence and Pasta alla Norma with buffalo mozzarella. All meals are prepared fresh, and are made with seasonal and local ingredients and because of this, the menu at Ristorante Il Castello changes weekly. FREA ist das erste 100% pflanzenbasierte Restaurant, welches bewusst auf Plastikverpackungen verzichtet. Alle angebotenen Lebensmittel kommen aus nachhaltigem ökologischen Anbau. Alle Zutaten der Gerichte, werden bei FREA verarbeitet und zu kreativen und leckeren Gerichten zubereitet. Unser reines Sauerteigbrot kommt aus der hauseigenen FREA Bakery. Die Reste die nicht mehr weiterverarbeitet werden können, landen in der hauseigenen Kompostiermaschine (Gersi). FULL TASTE, ZERO WASTE, das ist wofür FREA steht.

Das ORA ist eine charmante und einzigartige Weinbar mit Restaurant in der ehemaligen Apotheke am Oranienplatz im Herzen von Kreuzberg. In den schönen Räumlichkeiten sind noch die detailreichen Holzarbeiten und Deckengesimse von 1860 und den 1920er Jahren erhalten. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail wurde die Oranien Apotheke im Juni 2020 als ORA wiedereröffnet.Bei der Qualität der verwendeten Zutaten gehen wir keine Kompromisse ein. Wir beziehen die besten verfügbaren Produkte aus biologischem, nachhaltigem und regenerativem Anbau, unter anderem von unserem eigenen Hof im Spreewald. Unser Fisch wird von kleinen Fischkuttern gefangen und unser Fleisch stammt aus Wildfang oder aus ethischer Tierhaltung.
