A lovely newer wine bar and bistro in close-in southeast Portland serving delicious lighter fare and an inventive wine list. There are multiple seating options from bar, indoor tables, and outdoor tables. My bluefin tuna Crudo was outstanding, as was the summer salad and fried chicken bites. But the wine is the true hero here with a constantly rotating list of more obscure options to explore fitting many different palate types. Simply ask the very well informed staff and they can guide you in the right direction.

The food was excellent as was the service. There was no air conditioning and it was a hot day, so we sat outside. The outside area was covered, so it was very pleasant, even on the hot day. The benches were a little short in the seat, so I did not sit comfortably. However, the food was so worth a little discomfort; and it may not be a problem for folks with a little less padding on their backside. No one else in my party complained about it. It was an overall truly enjoyable experience.

Wonderful brunch menu. Both our dishes were delicious, and very large portions. Unless really hungry and large appetite, suggest splitting the Eggs Benedict....The freshly squeezed OJ was delicious.
