We love Cognocenti, our local restaurant, and we especially enjoy their special dinners with a set menu. The service was as always, perfect. The food was excellent especially the cheese souffle, it was memorable! The wine matching was also just right. I do have a couple of comments: the green salad was lovely and fresh except that we could not detect any of the promised shallot dressing. So I asked the waitress whether perhaps it may have been forgotten and she said No, it was there. Well, it didn't taste like it had any dressing nor were there any visible bits. And she just walked away and that was it. I thought that maybe she may have taken it away or maybe even checked with the chef, however, nothing further was said or done. The green leaves were therefore a bit tasteless and missing "something". The profiterole dessert was fabulous but I could have done with one half the size (though my husband thought it was a good size!). Overall, a great experience once again.

We were a party of 13 and they especially made up a 2 course choice menu for us. We had to reduce the party to 10 last minute and this was no problem. the communication I had by phone and email was prompt and professional. Nothing was a problem and we were allowed to bring in our own birthday cake for no charge. The service was great and food delicious. Highly recommend and will go again definitely.

Food is great. All the basics of a good menu but flares are lovely, thoroughly enjoyed it twice now and will continue to go back. Service from the team was great considering it was pretty busy.

Everything about this place is excellent! And consistently good for so many years! The food especially sooooo good!

We had breakfast at Mt Terrasse on Sunday, and it was excellent. The food was fresh, well-presented and full of flavour. Service was friendly, attentive and welcoming without being over the top. The atmosphere was relaxed and made for a great start to the day. It's clear the team takes pride in what they do. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back. Highly recommended.
