For a truly indulgent culinary adventure, our restaurant offers a seasonal tasting menu prepared by Chef James Cornwall.Seville Estate was founded in 1972, when Dr. Peter McMahon first pressed his shovel into our red volcanic soils to plant Shiraz. Since then, we have continued to be a champion of the Upper Yarra Valley with a range of cool climate varietally expressive wines crafted from 100% estate grown fruit. Coombe - The Melba Estate es un establecimiento de origen inigualable que ocupa la antigua casa de Dame Nellie Melba.
