【Operating Hours】Lunch: 11:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Last order: 2:00 PM)Dinner: 5:30 PM – 10:30 PM (Last order: 9:00 PM)【Reservation Policy】・A minimum order of one main course per person is required on May 9–10.・Reservations open at 11:30 AM on the 1st of each month for the following month. Bookings for both the current and following month are accepted. Special holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Christmas may have separate reservation schedules.・Online reservations are limited to parties of up to 8 guests. For groups of 9 or more, or for private dining room bookings, please contact the restaurant directly by phone or email during business hours.・A deposit of NT$500 per person is required to secure a reservation. The booking will be confirmed upon successful credit card authorization and receipt of a confirmation email/SMS.・Please double-check your reservation details (date, time, name, number of guests, and dietary restrictions) before completing the booking.・Online reservations accept VISA, MasterCard, and JCB only.・Reservations are accepted via phone, the official website “Contact Us” form, or the online reservation system only. We do not accept reservations via social media messages or other unofficial channels. Thank you for your understanding.・Reservations will be held for 15 minutes.
