So glad we gave Ember another chance! Our first time, about a month ago, our waiter was awful (after saying we were “lucky to have him as our waiter tn”?!), arrogant and then mostly absent, talking to other staff by the bar. We had Kirsten this time and she was fabulous- attentive, friendly, professional and naturally good at what she does. Our meals were excellent: The Olives, Burrata and the Oysters all three were delicious appetizers for our group! Then the Lobster & Truffle Pacherri, the Seafood à Portuguesa and the vegetarian Pacherri Al Limone were all incredible! There was a nearby table of men - noisy and rude to our waitress unfortunately. She handled it very well but this is the only thing that lessened our own experience that night. Was a wonderful spot to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary! Thank you Ember! We’ll be back

We had dinner there last night and every mouthful was an explosion of deliciousness. Simply a flawless menu. You can’t go wrong dining here. And the ambience is friendly and lively with service that is above and beyond. Definitely our favourite place in Collingwood.

All of our dishes were absolutely outstanding! Service was attentive and accommodating. Best overall experience we’ve had of many at Friday Harbour! Thank you!
