Capitol Cider se fundó en 2013. Es un restaurante, bar completo, licorería y sitio musical en el corazón de Capitol Hill, Seattle.     Fui por celebración de mi cumpleaños y tenía un menú personalizado, me senté en la barra y el servicio fue increíble, el chico bartender respondía todas mis preguntas sobre el menú, todo el personal demasiado atento, la comida deliciosa
