Outstanding Mediterranean Experience at Pine Bistro We had an exceptional dinner at Pine Bistro in Las Vegas. From start to finish, everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We started with the hummus and fresh pita, which was some of the best we’ve had anywhere—silky smooth, bright with lemon, and paired perfectly with warm, pita bread. The stuffed grape leaves were tender and delicately seasoned. One of the highlights was the Red Snapper Carpaccio—paper-thin slices of fresh fish dressed simply to let the clean lemon and olive oil flavor shine. Used the pita to soak up the extra zesty sauce from the snapper. For our main course, we ordered the beef & lamb shawarma plate and grilled octopus. The meat was juicy, richly spiced, and generously portioned. The grilled octopus was another standout: charred on the outside, tender inside. Everything about the meal showed care and attention to detail, from the seasoning to the plating. The service was warm and attentive without feeling rushed, and the atmosphere struck a nice balance between casual and upscale. If you love Mediterranean cuisine—or just appreciate fresh, expertly prepared food—Pine Bistro is a must-try. We will return!

We were there on a Saturday Sat outside on patio....DELIGHTFUL Service always outstanding: our coffee cups were continually filled with hot coffee We had the buffet: a bargain at $57 because it includes coffee or tea and freshly squeezed juice ($20 ala carte).. The blintzes are outstanding...;as are the "sticky buns" We love the omelettes made to order; an excellent selection of fillings Always a delight to dine at The Verandah (And they validate for free parking.........another bonus)

Awesome! The chef came out and spoke with us, his name was Chef Trae. Super knowledgeable and the server Adam was awesome. The food was tasty and well seasoned. Highly recommend!!
