The second birthday dinner I’ve spent here. Food is absolutely amazing, we did different appetizers to share and ordered individual entrees. Drink menu had a lot of fun cocktails, wine, and for myself several mocktails to choose from. Thank you to our attentive and patient server with our larger group. Can’t say enough positive things.

Dinner at Paju was outstanding from start to finish. We shared several plates, and every dish was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. The ribeye was a standout—perfectly cooked, deeply charred on the outside, and incredibly tender and flavorful inside. The mushrooms in truffle sauce, beef tartare, and squid ink rice were all exceptionally executed, each with balanced seasoning and great texture. Dessert completely won us over: the barley ice cream was unique and absolutely incredible, and the crème brûlée was silky, rich, and perfectly torched. Overall, it was a memorable meal and a spot we’d happily return to.

Great dining experience! The service was attentive and the staff regularly checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The portions of meat including the premium steak were generous, fresh, and flavorful, making the meal well worth it.
