Takai by Kashiba is a fine dining Edo-Mae style Sushi restaurant that specializes exclusively in nigiri sushi. Sushi Counter dining is solely Chef's Omakase, with two seatings at 5:30 and 7:30.Omakase is also available at our dining room tables along with a la carte Sushi options.We do not have vegan/vegetarian/kids menus. We are able to accommodate most allergies.Led by Chef Jun Takai, the Omakase consists of local and international seafood accompanied with Kaiseki style dishes. Takai by Kashiba creates an elegant atmosphere whether you're seated at a table or the sushi counter.     Everything from the atmosphere, to the service, to the food was perfection. Celebrated our anniversary here and am so happy we chose to do it here this year. Every single item we ordered was delicious and the Wagyu meats were incredible (even the tongue!). The filet mignon bites are a must. We will absolutely be back.

    Chef Jun was exceptional as the sushi chef, the sushi was fresh, the nigiri selection at the counter was perfect in flavors and presentation.

    I think it was one of the most wonderful dining experiences I have ever had. Everything was exceptionally well done, food, presentation, explanation and ambiance. It was such a treat to eat such fresh, well prepared foods.
