- GGeorgeVIPOxford/Oxfordshire •16 reviews5.0Dined on Apr 3, 2025I had the pleasure of dining at Akame Nigiri and Sake in Lexington, MA, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best omakase experiences I’ve ever had. What makes this place truly remarkable is that it’s a single-owned, single-run restaurant with no employees—just one master chef pouring their heart and soul into every dish. The dedication and hard work are evident in every bite, and it’s nothing short of impressive. The 15-course omakase offering, priced at $180 per guest, was an absolute delight. Each course was a masterpiece, showcasing the freshest Japanese fish and shellfish, alongside luxurious additions like foie gras, Hokkaido uni, A5 wagyu, and caviar. The dessert was the perfect sweet finish to an incredible meal. Every dish was beautifully presented and perfectly cooked, reflecting the skill of a true master chef. The chef was not only talented but also incredibly kind and wonderful, making the experience even more memorable. From start to finish, all courses were fantastic, and I can’t recommend Akame enough. If you’re looking for an authentic, high-quality omakase experience, this is the place to go. 10/10—one of the best I’ve ever had!More infoAkame Nigiri and SakePrice: Very Expensive• Sushi• Lexington•5
