We had a wonderful birthday dinner at Izakaya Chouchou. We chose the “Chef Feed Me” course, which delighted us with both its generous portions and exceptional flavors. The cuisine is a perfect fusion of Japanese and Western styles, offering a range of exciting and beautifully presented dishes. The sushi and sashimi platter was outstanding—fresh, vibrant, and artfully arranged. I especially loved the grilled eggplant, which had a beautifully crisp skin and soft, tender flesh. The service was exceptional—the owner personally explained each dish with care and passion, helping us appreciate the thought and craft behind the food.
