We were celebrating impromptu a promotion at work on this occasion and the team was so kind as to recognize the achievement with complimentary glasses of sparkling wine. We sat at the temaki counter, and the chef was friendly and accommodating, adjusting the wasabi level ever so slightly (downward) as we went along our progression of the signature set. Overall a great experience, as always.
