- KKittyVIPSan Diego •1 review5.0Dined on May 4, 2025It was the most authentic and delicious Yakitori/Japanese cuisine place I’ve visited in SoCal. They’re absolutely on par with the best Yakitori places in Tokyo, where I lived and worked for over 20 years. Their Yakitori skewers were expertly grilled, karaage fried to perfection, dashimaki tamago fluffy and full of flavor. Their attention to detail goes beyond the food. The plates they use, the food presentation, even the hot towel oshibori scented with a hinoki scent and the service of all their staff were such a delight. I live in San Diego but I will surely be back.More infoGokigen ToriPrice: Very Expensive• Yakitori• Culver City•3.8
