We were watching the sun go down and the lights go on over picturesque Portovenere while being served by competent, friendly and attentive staff. The food was partly delicious such as my lobster pasta and my husband’s raw salmon he took as a starter. But we were disappointed by the flavourless and rather dry red snapper and the chewy sea urchin in my husbands pasta.
