We visited for Melbourne Cup 2026 and had a fantastic day! The hotel had a great atmosphere, with a covers band adding to the fun and the decorations bringing a lovely festive touch to the occasion. We ordered from the specials menu and the food was delicious. Overall, a wonderful Melbourne Cup experience!

The food was fabulous, delicious and the meal was so big and very tasty,also ,great value for money. The staff were very helpful and always keeping busy, I went on Tuesday night and it was quiet, the staff were cleaning and making sure the customers were happy . I’m going again on Saturday night, let’s see the difference

It is our favourite local restaurant. We recently celebrated by son's 10th birthday there. They called me prior to the event to find out who's birthday and how old they will be. Not only did the staff bring out number 10 lights for the table, but they gave him a birthday card and box of chocolates too. They then all sang with us, cut cake and took photos for us - amazing! To add, the food is fantastic. If you are looking for a family friendly venue with great food and service, highly recommend. Thanks Riskalah's for making his night so special.

Excellent food, the standard menu had a great selection, but the specials were excellent. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and service overall was excellent. It had a great atmosphere with good selection of wine and cocktails. Highly recommend.

The food and service were outstanding. In particular, the pizza and octopus salad were absolutely delicious. However, despite our reservation for a party of 10, the restaurant had not prepared our seating ahead of time, which was somewhat disappointing. Overall, it was still a very enjoyable dining experience.
