AS we had a reservation, we were greeted & seated promptly and offered water. All the waiting staff were extremely courteous & helpful and explained what our options were as one of us is vegetarian. The food arrived in a timely manner and was prepared to a very high standard. Although we had said we did not want dessert, we were offered a complimentary Tiramisu, which was delicious. How could we refuse ???? I felt that the décor of the Colosseo was a little dated and the interior could be freshened up a bit, but overall a very pleasant way to spend an evening.

Villagio is our local Italian restaurant.We go for all our family birthdays ,I also take friends when they are over - as I did this visit. She said she was fussy about her Pizzas ,I had no fear of telling her to go for it ! She said it was perfect. Villagio is consistently good .Staff always warm and welcoming …and my grandchildren love the kiddies meals.Cannot recommend high enough .

Everything was excellent food, service, price. The restaurant was clean and airy.

Fabulous friendly staff who were knowledgeable about the fresh fish. The mussel starter had a very tasty sauce but the mussels were very small and disappointing. Good wine selection
