Nestled in downtown Los Gatos, Polenteria serves up Italian cuisine, that is Celiac safe. We are a small 22 seat restaurant, that is very intimate. With a European feel, many of our guests proclaim that they have been whisked away to Italy or France. We love that! Many accolades from the SF Chronicle, and the Mercury News as well as Eater SF hail Chef Yvonne and her team at Polenteria for being on the cutting edge of the Gluten Free Movement, and more importantly providing a safe space for those with Celiac to dine without hesitation.     We had a wonderful experience at Bella Saratoga. Our meals were delicious from the Gorgonzola salad to salmon raviolis, pasta bolognese and halibut over mashed potatoes. The wait staff was very attentive and our cocktails were fabulous. I highly recommend Bella Saratoga

    Sidewalk Cafe with a big heart! The setting is just odd. Right next to a conventional (noisy) Italian Restaurant, On the sidewalk- so the street and road scenes are part of your meal. The distractions are nonstop. Several superlatives. The Frociatia was light airy crispy and 3 inches tall! The Pork Chops were plentiful, succulent and infused with flavor that wouldn't quit. Chef Michele Bevilacqua was entertaining and massively informative on all things food and wine. He is pretty definite about what constitutes an elevated experience. Come ready to be entertained, fed and included in a special, but funky, experience.
