Best Italian Restaurants in Penns Grove

I love love love this place…first time going and it was amazing…our waitress was so sweet and amazing!!! The food was a 10 out of 10!!!! This is a place I will be returning!

We had another great meal at Bardea. Chef Antimo Dimeo creates delicious dishes full of flavor that change seasonally. The servers are professional and friendly. The cocktails are perfect. We make sure to eat at Bardea whenever we are in or near Wilmington.

The bartender got us started with drinks and was very attentive. Our server was a young gentleman that name began with a D (Darian?) and he was a total gentleman! Super polite, very sweet, and gave great recommendations and awesome service! The vibe was incredible truly a Wilmington gem!

We had a very nice meal before the show. Our server was attentive. The food was really really exceptional. One small question however. Isn't lingini thin strips of pasta? My linguini with clams was really tasty. But the pasta was more fettuccini size. Not the end of the world, but still not what was expected. But the piece that really kept them from getting five stars across the board was the invoice. I asked for some cheese for my "linguini" and clams. Our server brought a small soufle size cup with grated parmesan. I was expecting to get cheese grated over my meal. But that was not the kicker. When we got the bill, there was a $4 charge for the soufle cup of grated cheese! We were taken aback. We didn't say anything as we did not want to make a scene. But I am taking this opportunity to register my disappointment. As I stated from the start. It was a great meal. That cheese charge though......
