    Eddie Merlot, Gibsons, Frog bar, Ruth Chris have not yielded a steak, as delicious as last nights. Only Perry’s has matched this perfection, on my quest for the perfect steak. It was the perfect storm. We had Rosebuds prime skirt steak. The chef, seasoned and cooked her, to a perfect medium rare. The cut was plump and generous. Marbled like an A5 Wagu at a reasonable price. Each bite bursting with flavor that melted in your mouth. It was accompanied by sautéed onions and roasted potatoes. You’d be hard pressed to find a better skirt steak in the Northshore. Service is always phenomenal at Rosebud. They genuinely make a concerted effort to make everyone feel welcome.
