At Florio's Italian, We believe that the key to a great meal is using fresh ingredients, traditional southern Italian recipes, and a passion for cooking. Our journey began in 1987 in a small Italian restaurant on Sheffield & Armitage in Chicago, cooking recipes my sister and I learned growing up Italian from my mother who learned from her mother and my dad's mother one was from Bari and the other from Cosenza.     Waited a while before someone acknowledged us sitting and finally a waitress came over and apologized for the wait as our assigned waitress was overly busy so our new waitress Camelia took over and was beyond great for how busy it was. She made a potential bad visit into a great one! The food was amazing and came out pretty quick and Camelia made numerous visits for refills, etc. Great job!!

    Took my Wife here for our 10th wedding anniversary and it was everything we wanted and more. Food and cocktails were amazing. I would like to recommend the dark knight dessert cocktail. It was the perfect end to my meal. The cannoli was also to die for. I like to give a shout out to our waiter Weylon. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and made us feel right at home especially with this being our time dining at this great establishment. My wife says that she has found her new favorite restaurant. We will definitely be back.
