Our story starts from the Indian valley KashmirWe are three generation who have been in the field of Restaurants & Hotels My grandfather started his humble beginning from Cecil hotel in Shimla in the late 1930s,my father also joined the trade at Hyatt hotels from which he migrated us from India to Australia.Then me Ankit, decided to open my own restaurant,who has been in the hospitality industry for the past decade, learned from the great chefs of Australia and brilliant hotel proprietors , gathered all the knowledge & experience from previous generations.
