Bar staff were lovely, as was the food. Would definitely recommend as a great place to eat with friends and be able to hear the conversation.

We recently dined at Thornbury Taphouse and overall had a pleasant experience. The ambience was fantastic, the venue was welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit. Unfortunately, the food took quite a long time to arrive. It seemed like the kitchen may have been waiting for all dishes to be ready before serving the table, which meant our meals arrived colder than expected. While the food itself was enjoyable, it would have been much better if it had been served hot and a little sooner. Despite this, the excellent atmosphere, good service, and overall value made for a positive experience. With some improvement to the timing and temperature of the food, this would easily be a 5-star dining experience.

Birmy is a good pub and the trivia is quite light but good fun. Very happy with Food, Drinks selection, Atmosphere and the like. I'll be back
