This place is an absolute gem. The food is outstanding. Lovely, friendly, attentive staff look after you so well and the wine list is excellent. I cannot praise it enough

Very new owners at the tome of our visit who are still learning the business but were very attentive, keen to please and very polite. Nothing was too much trouble. Food quality was very good. Wine very drinkable although priced at the upper end of a normal house wine. Some minor teething problems but overall an enjoyable experience. We plan to go again in the near future as Burnham High Street needs support and variety!

Lovely pub in a pretty village, our party of four had the delicious Sunday roast beef, with very generous portions followed by gorgeous apple and plum crumble and custard. Service was excellent. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to return.

Delicious meal for 3. We chose different things and we all enjoyed what we had, all 3 courses! It’s a pleasant setting and the service was good, not hurried and not slow. Just right. The food looks good and tastes good. I gave a 4 for value because it’s not inexpensive but realistically, this is what nice food of this standard costs these days. I like the fact that tables are not crammed in so you don’t feel too close to other diners.

A very nice meal with great service. Good value as well.
