We ordered the salmon and red snapper entrees. These were prepared and cooked perfectly! The red snapper comes out as the complete fish, head and tail. You should know how to debone a fish if you choose it. It’s fully deep fried with a coating, helping to mask the head. Their specialty cocktails were great and a little on the sweet side.
