Loved the food . Winners were the oysters with eel vinaigrette , the gougères , criton, and the slightly charred tuna . Tony ‘ s explanation of the menu is unreal , pity we did not see him afterwards . The other two waiters looking after us were very pleasant , but personally , I would prefer the same wait person throughout for continuity . The female waitperson , sorry , was not as amiable as the guys . A smile would have been appreciated . Overall , a good experience , which we look forward to renewing .

My fiancé Clement Duliège and I had a truly lovely time at Gavroche Chippendale for his birthday dinner. The atmosphere was perfect for a special occasion, and the food was absolutely delicious. The service was attentive and made the whole evening feel very special. We both highly recommend Gavroche Chippendale for a memorable dining experience!

Very enjoyable Sunday Roast along with a cracking crepe brûlée. The service was excellent too. Look forward to heading back again soon. Thank you.

We have been to Chez Crix about 5 or 6 times over the past year. Every time it keeps getting better and better. The food is phenomenal and the laid back rustic chilled vibe of the place is so fun and real change from what yiou get at most restaurants. The wine list is exceptional and have never had a bad wine yet. Plus they know their drinks so you can ask the staff to make you pretty much anything and they will know. I highly recommend this place. Defintely one of my top 5 restaurants in sydney.
