Wie wär’s beispielsweise mal mit Jacobsmuscheln in Safran, Pasta mit mediterranem Gemüse oder gratinierter Rote Beete mit Ziegenfrischkäse?Das Interieur No. 253 und das Arp Museum sind im Bahnhof Rolandseck bei Remagen angesiedelt. Der Bahnhof ist ein klassizistisches Juwel aus der Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts und seit Jahrzehnten ein Ort für berühmte Künstler aus der ganzen Welt. Nach umfassenden Renovierungsarbeiten wurde er im Oktober 2004 wieder eröffnet und erstrahlt nun in neuem Licht.
