Perfect ambience and exactly what Brighton needs. The food, the wine selection and the quality of food is on point

We were very happy to meet our friends in a beautiful restaurant with beautiful food. We sat at a nice corner at the front of the restaurant, which was cosy and suitable for a nice chat. The only problem I found with that spot was that it became very hot, as the rest of the restaurant was nicely air-conditioned (I only became aware of that as I walked to the restrooms). The food was lovely. I found the waitress to be overly attentive, in a manner that I found to be a bit over the top and not genuine. I would prefer a more genuine, down to earth manner. Apart from that, I understand it is a very upmarket place, but the prices were really over the top, in my opinion.

Took my kids here for dinner. One of them is coeliac so this is a great place for us. We ordered the kids chicken and chips, KFC calamari, beef wagyu pho and Mongolian prawns. Everything came quickly, portion size is great and great value for money.

Excellent food and service (despite the waiter being the only person serving… and doing drinks/coffee … everything!!) Lovely calm ambiance
